# Campaign Results

How to check what is the success rate of a given coupon

#### View Statistics – preview the results of the campaigns while or after they are active

Select the Store Location or Date constraints in the top right corner to view a specific period of coupon use.

View how many customers received, redeemed, shared or donated the coupon in the graph provided.

 Note: Campaign Awareness only works with social campaigns

Location Segment – Shows the amount of profit generated by each branch and the proportion in comparison to other branches.

Customer Segment – Provides a list of coupon recipients in addition to their phone numbers and emails.

View the entire list of customers who received, redeemed, shared, and donated the coupon.<br>
