Life Cycle Campaigns
Life-Cycle Campaigns are trigger based, continuous, and reward customers with coupons for various events throughout their customer timeline. The life-cycle campaign system supports several types of events or triggers.
Life-Cycle Campaigns can be excluded from specific locations and can be disabled temporarily if necessary.As this campaign is relative to each customer’s time of event, be sure to set the time limit of campaign through time duration, rather than selecting an expiration date.
Life-Cycle Campaigns have the following categories:

Birthday
Anniversary
Long time no visit

Life-cycle Campaign – Registration
Upon customer’s registration, a coupon or deal is sent automatically to reward sign up.
Registration Campaigns only require a one-time setup. After activation, the campaign operates independently, sending one coupon per customer upon registration.
Campaign Features
Notify Customer – Select how customer will receive coupon, whether by Push Notification, SMS, or Email.
Registration Campaign for a Specific Group
When creating a LC - Registration campaign, you may restrict it to a specific group.
First, create a group for the campaign:

"signupGroupAlias=skinny" - Replace "skinny" with the designated group.
Life-Cycle Campaign – Birthday
Birthday Life-Cycle Campaigns send a coupon or deal on the customer’s Birthday.
Birthday Life-Cycle Campaigns only require a one-time set up. After activation, the campaign operates independently, sending one birthday coupon per customer on the designated date.
Campaign Features
Notify Customer – Select how customer receives the coupon, whether by Push Notification, SMS, or Email.
Run on Hour:
When creating the campaign, the hour (out of 24 hours) must be selected to send the coupon at the appropriate time. Consider compatibility between time and coupon selected.
Example: Sending a coupon via SMS for a free hamburger at 6am on a customer’s birthday could do more harm than good.
Life-Cycle Campaign – Anniversary
Anniversary Life-Cycle Campaigns send the customer a coupon or deal annually on the original date of registration.
Anniversary Life-Cycle Campaigns only require a one-time setup. After activation, the campaign operates independently, sending one Anniversary coupon per customer on the designated date.

Notify Customer – Select how customer receives the coupon, whether by Push Notification, SMS, or Email.
Run on Hour:
When creating the campaign, the hour (out of 24 hours) must be selected to send the coupon at the appropriate time. Consider compatibility between time and coupon selected.
Example: Sending a coupon via Email for a free breakfast at 22 (10pm) the day of a customer’s anniversary renders the gift unusable.
Life-Cycle Campaign – Long Time No Visit
Long Time No Visit Life-Cycle Campaigns send the customer a coupon or deal when they have not visited the store’s app or website over a designated amount of time.
Long Time No Visit Life-Cycle Campaigns only require a one-time set up. After activation, the campaign operates independently, sending one Long Time No Visit coupon per customer after the designated time has elapsed.

Notify Customer – Select how customer receives the coupon, whether by Push Notification, SMS, or Email.
Run on Hour:
When creating the campaign, the hour (out of 24 hours) must be selected to send the coupon at the appropriate time. Consider compatibility between time and coupon selected.
Example: Sending a Push Notification for a lunch discount at 14 (2pm) to be used the day of, in an effort to bring a customer back to a branch, renders the coupon unusable, as the customer will have already enjoyed their lunch elsewhere.
Life-Cycle Campaign – Visits
You may reward your customers after they reached a certain number of visits - let's check the following example:
On Event - the type of event that will activate this campaign. In this case- Visits
Target Amount - the amount of visits that a user needs to reach in order to receive the coupon.
Is Recurrent? - if this is checked, the campaign will be sent again to the user after X visits (which will be defined in the following field).
Restart count at - defines after how many visits will this campaign occur again. For example, if you want the users to get it every 5 visits then it will be needed to be 5. But if you the users to receive it only every 10 visits after the first 5th visits, then set it to 10.
Count visits from - you can choose since when to include the customers' visits - if you want it to be sent to existing customers and count their visits then make sure to select a date around the opening of the location, otherwise select the current day of the campaign creation.
Life-Cycle Campaign – Money Amount
You may reward your customers after they spent a certain number of money - let's see the following example:
On Event - the type of event that will activate this campaign. In this case- Money Amount
Conditional Amount - the amount of money that a user needs to spent in order to receive the coupon.
Is Recurrent? - if this is checked, the campaign will be sent again to the user after spending this amount again
Should accumulate on location payments - whether the campaign supports accumulating via Scanning (Revel/Toast).
Should accumulate cash payment - whether to enable to accumulate this amount via cash or only via Credit Card payments.
Date Box - date to accumulate from - you can choose since when to include the customers' spent amount - if you want it to be sent to existing customers and count their amount then make sure to select a date around the opening of the location, otherwise select the current day of the campaign creation.
Life-Cycle Campaign - Purchased Items
In order to give a reward that is triggered by purchasing a specific item, choose the On Event: Purchased Items
Set the following fields:
Target Amount - The amount of times any of the Items should be ordered in order to give the reward in this campaign
Since - The date to start counting the number of purchases of this item
Items - Any of these items ordered for the target amount will give the reward chosen
Is Recurrent - give this gift for the first time the target is reached, or every time the target amount is reached (for every 10 items ordered)
