FRS - Creating New Deal

This guide is for users with FRS point of sale.

Before getting started, make sure you have the deal ID (מק״ט) from the point of sale

For new deals, please follow the sections in this guide one by one.

1) Create POS item in Appfront according to deal's ID at POS

In order to create a POS item, proceed as follows:

1. Open Appfront portal at beengo.me and log in with your credentials

2. Click "Configure" on the left menu

3. Click "Menu" on the left menu

4. Click the "POS" tab on the top

5. Click the "Add item" button - a pop will open

6. Insert deal item's details:

   1. Description: "כריך בשרי ושתיה ב39 שח"

   2. Item Code: מק״ט

   3. Price

   4. Take Away Price

2) Create Deal in Appfront

Before creating a new deal, please make sure a POS item has been created for that deal (see section 1 on this page)

In order to create a new deal, proceed as follows:

1. Open Appfront portal at beengo.me and log in with your credentials

2. Click "Configure" on the left menu

3. Click "Menu" on the left menu

4. Click on the "Deals" tab on the top

5. Click the "New Deal" button at the bottom of the page

3) Enter or Edit Deal Details

In order to edit a deal, press the "Edit" button on the right side of the screen:

Once inside the deal, please enter the details - use images as reference:

Then, scroll down and set the serving option and availability for the deal:

If you want to allow "כפל מבצעים" between deals and coupons - make sure box (4) is checked. For example - If a customer has a coupon for a free coffee (4$ discount) and a deal gives 20% discount on the order: - If it's not checked, and the order value is $10, the deal will give $2 discount, the coupon will give another $2 discount and the total will be $6. - If it is checked, the coupon will give $4 discount, the deal will do 20% discount on top of that (-1.2) and the total will be $4.8.

IMPORTANT - Please make sure boxes (3) and (5) are checked!

Before adding Discount POS item, make sure you've done the instructions in section 1 of this page

Once you have created the Discount POS item on Appfront, add it to your deal.

3.1) Deal Conditions

In this section, please enter the items included and price of the entire deal (see example below):
