# On Demand / Compensation Campaign

On-Demand Campaigns are typically manual campaigns used to send a promotion or compensate a customer.

### **On-Demand Campaign**

**Campaign Features:**

Notify Customer – Select how customer will receive coupon, whether by **Push Notification, SMS, or Email.**

**Max coupons per user:**\
Limit the number of unredeemed coupons available to the customer to prevent the abuse or over use of the coupon. Note: (-1) means there is no limit.
