Error message: Connection timed out

There is no connection. Please try the following solutions:

  • Restart POS no. 1

  • Restart the router.

if the problem persists, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] and add Tom Jarbou as CC.

Error message: Connection refused

The router is connected properly, POS no. 1 is either off or disconnected.
