# Mobile App Set Up ## Creating Native App Accounts ### Android / Google Play #### Create a Google account First, you need to have a Google account (as in Gmail). This will be the account associated with your Developer Account. If you already have a Google account, please login, and if you don't have one, please create a new account by following [this link](https://accounts.google.com/SignUp). #### **Sign up for a developer account** Click [this link](https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6112435) and sign up for a developer account by completing steps 1-4. \ Fill in your details under [this page](https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/139626) (the first three blue headlines are the most relevant).\ If there are any additional mandatory data fields, please fill them too as required.\ Note that a "Payment Profile" is not needed at this stage. #### Give Appfront access to your account In order for us to take part in your App publishing, we need to access your account. \ You can give us permissions by following the instructions [on this page](https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/2528691) - please follow "Step 2". #### The Appfront email address is #### **Our preferred permission levels is "Admin".** You can choose a more specific permission level, keeping in mind that our ability to support the account depends heavily on the permissions we are granted.
### Apple AppStore Open business {% hint style="info" %} The first thing you should do is open account for your **Organization,** i.e., you need a Business account and **NOT** a personal account. {% endhint %} #### **Create an Apple Developer Account** First, you need to have an Apple ID account (your Apple ID email and password). This will be the account associated with your Developer Account. Please notice that you enroll as an organization, therefore you need to have an Apple ID/account/email for your organization. [Here](https://developer.apple.com/support/D-U-N-S/) is an Apple support page with more information regarding the DUNS number. #### Give Appfront access to your account Please add admin permissions to: **** in two places - 1. Your brand name is probably already in use, meaning that in order to upload an app under your brand name we will need you to reach out to Apple and claim your name rights. ### Reach out to your Previous provider First step, you should ask your previous app provider a request to remove the app from the stores. See Google Play Console's [guide ](https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6230247?hl=en)in order to retrieve the ID. Next, enter[ Google Payments](https://payments.google.com/payments/home).\ On the left menu select Activity.\ Find and select the transaction for your developer account registration. * Tip: Search your transactions for “Google Play Developer.” Your transaction ID is listed near the bottom of the transaction details.
